Zane Zelmene is a new media artist whose work focuses on creating parallel worlds in virtual and augmented reality, depicting Zane’s interest in theories of consciousness, technology, history, science fiction, philosophy and language.

For several years, she has been documenting in her drawings the worlds of increasingly complex conscious dreams: networks of cultural symbols, cyborgs, artifacts of unknown language placed in architectural environments, and landscapes of unusual worlds.

These subconscious notes in drawing format are used as the basis for technologically complex installations, performances and music videos, combining music, 3d animation, video projection mapping, virtual reality and land art.

These additional features bring her drawing world into physical and virtual spaces, providing an exciting experience for viewers.
